The type of information we collect is related to the insurance you request from us and may include your name, address, social security number, driver’s license number, driving record, ownership of property, income, beneficiaries, marital status, your policy coverage, premiums, and payment history, your creditworthiness or credit history, and other personal, nonpublic information required to get insurance coverages for you.

Nonpublic Personal Information We Disclose

We disclose nonpublic personal financial information about our customers and persons to insurance companies, insurance brokers, general agencies and to other persons to solicit quotes for insurance coverages and products you request, for insurance underwriting purposes, for servicing, processing and administration of your insurance policies and products purchased from us, for administration of claims, and for enforcement of transactions.  We do not disclose nor do we reserve the right to disclose, any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.
